How much does it cost to plaster a room?
A standard bedroom (roughly 12 m² of wall area) costs $300–$840 for new sheeting including setting and finishing. Larger living areas, wet-area board or premium Level 5 finishes push costs higher. Enter your room dimensions for a specific estimate.
Should I repair or replace damaged plaster?

Selects the correct pricing path — new sheeting, patch/repair, cornice, skim coat or ceiling replacement — each with its own per-m² or per-lineal-metre rate.

Price primary work
Multiplies the supply-and-install rate by the area (or lineal metres for cornice), adjusted for board type surcharge where applicable.

Applies a per-m² surcharge based on finish level — Level 3 standard, Level 4 smooth or Level 5 premium skim coat finish.

Old plaster removal is priced per m² when needed. A ceiling-height multiplier applies for high or very high ceilings.
