Cookie Policy

How we use cookies and similar technologies.

Last updated: 28 May 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how SIMPLYSAAS PTY. LTD. trading as Leadkit (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites, dashboards and embeddable calculators. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function, remember preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as local storage.

2. Types of cookies we use

2.1 Strictly necessary cookies

These are required for the Service to work and cannot be switched off in our systems. They include cookies for authentication, session management, security, and load balancing. The Service will not function properly without them.

2.2 Functional cookies and local storage

These remember choices you make to improve your experience — for example, dismissing onboarding prompts or remembering interface preferences. Some preferences are stored in your browser’s local storage rather than as cookies.

2.3 Security and anti-spam (Google reCAPTCHA v3)

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect calculators and forms from automated abuse and spam submissions. reCAPTCHA runs invisibly and may set cookies and collect device and usage information to assess whether an interaction is likely from a human or a bot. This use is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2.4 Payment cookies (Stripe)

When you subscribe or manage billing, our payment provider Stripe may set cookies necessary to process payments securely and to help detect and prevent fraud.

2.5 Analytics cookies (PostHog)

We use PostHog to understand how our website and the public quote / landing pages we host are used, so we can improve them. PostHog may set cookies or use similar technologies to collect usage and device information. These analytics technologies run on our own marketing site and on the public landing pages we generate for customers — they do notrun on the calculators embedded on our customers’ own websites. PostHog’s handling of data is described in its Privacy Policy.

3. Cookies on embedded calculators

Our calculators are embedded on our business customers’ websites. Cookies and similar technologies used by an embedded calculator are limited to those needed to operate the calculator securely (including reCAPTCHA); we do not run analytics on embedded calculators. Our business customers are responsible for disclosing, in their own cookie/privacy notices, the technologies that operate on their websites.

4. Third parties that may set cookies

  • Google reCAPTCHA — spam and abuse prevention;
  • Stripe — secure payments and fraud prevention;
  • PostHog — analytics on our website and public landing pages.

5. Managing cookies

Most browsers let you view, manage, delete and block cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Service from working. Guidance for common browsers is available in their respective help centres. You can also clear local storage through your browser settings.

6. Consent

Where required by law (including for users to whom the GDPR applies), we will seek your consent before setting non-essential cookies and give you the ability to withdraw consent. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date.
