A base fee is set by the conveyancer (default $1,100) reflecting standard residential conveyancing work including contract review, requisitions, settlement preparation and PEXA lodgement.
The base fee is adjusted for transaction complexity. Purchases require more searches than sales. Off-the-plan adds sunset clause review and extended monitoring. Commercial adds due diligence and special conditions.
